I’m going to show you how you can make this, the result will be another graphic but it’s the same, i’ll chose the same background color and the same brushes.These are the steps that you should do (I’M USING PHOTOSHOP CS3 BUT IT WORKS ON ANY PHOTOSHOP CS) : 

1. Open photoshop and open your image (i’m using this one of taylor swift)
2. Now you have opened your picture, go to your layers path, click on the chanels tab (click for screen cap). 
3. Now you are on CHANNELS TAB, click on the eye thingy for the visibility so “uncheck” the ones that say RGB, RED, GREEN, and let the blue one visible. Now select the “blue” channel and right click, DUPLICATE CHANNEL. (click for screen cap)
4. Now that we duplicated the blue channel, unselect the original blue channel layer and stay with the copy … Go to image> adjustments > levels (*) and set it like this and click OK. NOTE**** THIS ACTUALLY DEPENDS ON THE PICTURE BRIGHTNESS AND COLORS.. Make sure you are in your blue channel COPY.
5. Now that we have the picture like the one i showed in the levels screen cap we are going to go to our brushes (black color selected) and cover all the white spaces on the silhouette (Click for screen cap).
6. Now we have the silhouette all black, click for your select tool and select it….. NOW go back to your  channels layers and click the one who says RGB and it should select RGB, red and blue. Make sure the “blue copy” isn’t selected!
7. Go to the layers path again and you already selected the silhouette, CTRL+J and the body should duplicate (this means makes a new layer without the background) and we should have something like THIS. 
8. GO to file> new > and make sure everything it’s like this the size image doesn’t MATTER at all.. 
9. Now you have the new file in blank, with the paint bucket tool you are going to paint with this color #ffe3c8 (you can put any color you want, this is just an example) . Now drag the taylor swit image (just the body). 
10. We have the background and the picture … now between the background image and the taylor swift picture we are going to make a new layer for the BRUSHES. Just like this
11. Now go here for the brushes… if you don’t know how to create your own brushes GO FOLLOW THIS TUTORIAL.  You can put as many brushes YOU WANT. 
12. Now that you have the brushes just add one coloring you can go to http://drunkandcoloring.tumblr.com for a psd download. 
13. AND YOU’RE DONE, click merge visible (for the layers) and rezise the image to 500px width, NOW GO TO FILTER> SHARPEN > SHARPEN. You can sharpen it as much you want …. save it as .png or .jpg it will be the same.
